Section 4 — Website Accuracy Disclaimer
The content on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Right Deal Construction does not warrant that pricing information, service availability, project timelines, or scope descriptions are complete, current, or free of errors. All pricing, availability, and scope of work are subject to change and are finalized only after an in-person on-site assessment by a Right Deal Construction representative.
Section 5 — Online and Phone Estimates Are Not Binding Contracts
Any estimate provided through this Website's contact form, by telephone, or by email is a good-faith, preliminary pricing range based solely on the information provided at the time of request. It is not a binding contract, a fixed price, or a guarantee of service availability.
What an Estimate Is
An estimate from Right Deal Construction is an approximation of cost and scope, intended to give you a reasonable starting point for budgeting your project. It is prepared in good faith using the information you have provided and our general knowledge of roofing and chimney projects in the Bucks and Montgomery County area.
What Triggers a Binding Contract
A legally binding agreement between you and Right Deal Construction is created only when both parties have signed a written project proposal. That signed proposal will specify the exact scope of work, materials, price, timeline, and payment terms. Until that document is signed by both parties, no contractual obligation exists.
Variance from Estimates
Final project pricing may vary from an initial estimate based on conditions discovered during the on-site inspection — including, but not limited to, hidden structural damage, code compliance requirements, material availability changes, or scope adjustments requested by the homeowner. Any material change to scope or price will be communicated in writing before work proceeds.
Section 6 — Pennsylvania Mechanics' Lien Notice
Under Pennsylvania law (the Mechanics' Lien Law, 49 P.S. § 1101 et seq.), contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers who furnish labor, materials, or services for the improvement of real property have the right to file a mechanics' lien against that property if they are not paid for their work.
This notice is provided for informational purposes and is standard practice for licensed contractors operating in Pennsylvania. It does not reflect adversarial intent — it reflects our professional transparency regarding both your rights and ours under Pennsylvania law. In the event of a payment dispute, Right Deal Construction is committed to resolving it directly with you before pursuing any legal remedy.
Section 7 — Permits, Codes, and Compliance
Right Deal Construction performs all work in compliance with applicable Pennsylvania building codes and local municipal requirements in Bucks County and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Permit Responsibility
For projects requiring building permits — which may include structural roofing replacements, chimney rebuilds, and certain repairs depending on local municipal requirements — the party responsible for obtaining the permit will be clearly identified in the signed project contract. Right Deal Construction can pull required permits on your behalf where we are authorized to do so. Failure to obtain required permits is the responsibility of the party designated in the signed contract.
Section 8 — Warranty Scope Disclaimer
Two distinct types of warranties may apply to your project, and it is important to understand the difference between them:
Manufacturer Material Warranties
Materials installed by Right Deal Construction — including roofing shingles (e.g., GAF, Owens Corning), underlayment, flashing, and chimney components — may carry manufacturer warranties. These warranties are issued directly by the manufacturer, governed entirely by the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and are not administered by Right Deal Construction. You will receive applicable manufacturer warranty documentation at project completion.
Right Deal Construction Labor Warranty
Right Deal Construction provides a workmanship warranty on our installation labor. The specific duration, scope, and terms of this warranty are stated in your signed project contract. The labor warranty covers defects in installation that arise from our workmanship and does not cover damage caused by weather events, third-party modifications, normal wear and tear, or conditions pre-existing the project.
Section 9 — Force Majeure & Schedule Delays
Project timelines are estimates and are subject to change due to circumstances beyond Right Deal Construction's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Inclement weather, severe weather events, or unsafe working conditions
- Material supply chain delays, manufacturer back-orders, or shipping disruptions
- Permit processing delays at the relevant municipal authority
- Labor unavailability due to illness, injury, or emergency
- Government actions, public health emergencies, or acts of God
In the event of a schedule delay caused by any of the above, Right Deal Construction will notify you as promptly as practicable and work to reschedule at the earliest available opportunity. A delay caused by force majeure circumstances does not constitute a breach of contract by Right Deal Construction.
Section 10 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pennsylvania law, Right Deal Construction's total liability arising from or related to any specific project engagement shall not exceed the total value of the signed contract for that specific project.
Right Deal Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this Website or from any service engagement — including loss of use, loss of revenue, or costs of substitute services — even if Right Deal Construction has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Section 11 — Governing Law & Dispute Venue
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal dispute, claim, or action arising from or relating to these Terms or any service engagement with Right Deal Construction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. By using this Website or engaging Right Deal Construction for services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Right Deal Construction reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this Website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
